个人简介
代表论著
郭衍束,上海交通大学集成电路学院副教授,入选国家及上海市海外青年人才计划。2021年毕业于清华大学集成电路学院获博士学位。2021-2026年在新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院任博士后研究员。主要从事面向规模化量子计算及低温计算的前沿交叉集成电路研究,研究方向包含量子计算超低温测控芯片、高能效低温互联芯片以及AI驱动的低温芯片设计方法学等。近年来,在包含ISSCC、JSSC在内的集成电路设计领域权威期刊及国际会议发表论文50余篇。
